The current call for projects is the 6th and last call of the 5th Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine (2014-2020). This call provides over EUR 20 million of means from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This contribution amounts to 50% of the required costs.

Under our four investment priorities, the following budgets are available.
Budget European Regional Development Fund
|1. Innovation||€ 2.500.000||
€1.400.000 for one regular project in the field of blockchain technology
€ 1.150.000 for an umbrella project for umbrella projects with the specific objective of 1.1 – Increase in the percentage of SMEs that introduce innovations.
|2. Economy||€ 9.000.000||
€ 6.000.000,00 for regular projects that (i) increase the competitiveness of SMEs affected by the COVID-19 crisis, or (ii) address resource efficiency in SMEs
€ 3.000.000,00 for umbrella projects that address the specific objective of 2.2 – More efficient use of resources in SMEs.

|4. Territorial development||€ 150.000||
€ 150.000 for one regular project aimed to define specific indicators to monitor cross-border cooperation in the programme area under the objective 4.1 - Reducing the barrier effect of the border for residents and institutions
