Wohnmonitor

The project “Wohnmonitor” aims at setting up a cross-border housing observatory. The main aim of the project is to counteract the existing lack of cross-border transparency and the separation of the housing markets in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine, and to make a concrete contribution to strengthening the region as a residential location, promoting the close and coordinated development of housing in the three-country region, as well as providing better information and communication for existing and new residents. The observatory will not only provide data but also facilitate cross-border cooperation between stakeholders in the field of housing. It is mainly focussed on public officials and professional users of the data, helping to promote a cross-border approach to housing in the Euregio. In a second step this may then also benefit citizens.
